1General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between rf999 ("Platform", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). By accessing the rf999.cam website, registering, or using any of its services, you fully agree to these Terms.

rf999 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member. Failure to provide a national identity card, passport or other official documents may result in the account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

3Account Security

3.1 Password Protection

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are personally responsible for all activities, transactions and bets carried out from your account. Transferring, selling or renting your account is strictly prohibited.

3.3 Technical Issues

rf999 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from internet disconnection, device failure or other technical issues. For any technical problems, contact our support team via 24/7 live chat.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

rf999 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

After successful verification, withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, if additional verification is required, it may take longer.

4.4 Transaction Policy

  • Deposited funds may only be withdrawn to the same account from which they were deposited.
  • If a suspicious or fraudulent transaction is detected, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended.
  • The necessary verification process will be followed to prevent money laundering.
  • Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳500 is required to receive this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, the total bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x). For example: if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must complete a total of ৳30,000 in wagers before withdrawing.

5.3 General Bonus Policy

  • Each bonus offer has its own expiry and conditions, which will be communicated specifically at the time the bonus is received.
  • You may not claim another bonus while an active bonus is in place.
  • rf999 reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud is suspected.
  • Bonuses are only usable on games designated by rf999.

5.4 VIP Program

The rf999 VIP program has three tiers:

  • Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
  • Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback benefit and additional perks.
  • Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback benefit and dedicated VIP service.

The opportunity to advance to a higher VIP tier is available based on consistent play and activity on the platform.

6Fair Play Policy

6.1 Honest Conduct

rf999 is committed to ensuring a fair and honest gaming environment. All games are operated by verified software providers and results are determined by an impartial random number generator (RNG).

6.2 Prohibited Strategies

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
  • Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using automated bots or software to play games.
  • Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
  • Attempting to break the platform's security systems.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises regarding a game result or transaction, please notify the support team within 72 hours. We will investigate each dispute impartially and provide a resolution within a reasonable time.

7Prohibited Activities

Participating in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

  1. Registering with false or misleading information.
  2. Using stolen credit cards or another person's payment account.
  3. Using the platform to launder money or conceal the source of illegal funds.
  4. Attempting to hack the platform's systems or introducing malware.
  5. Threatening, harassing or behaving in an abusive manner towards other members or staff.
  6. Playing on behalf of minors or helping them access the platform.
  7. Conducting any activity in violation of applicable law.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the rf999 website — including logos, designs, software, game interfaces, text and graphics — is the intellectual property of rf999 or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, publishing or commercially using this content without prior written permission is prohibited.

The logos and trademarks of third-party game providers displayed on our platform (such as Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming) are the property of their respective companies.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, rf999 shall not be liable for:

  • Internet outages, server downtime or failures of third-party services.
  • Unauthorised third-party access to your account.
  • Financial losses from gaming — gaming is an entertainment activity and there is no guarantee of winning.
  • Indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

10Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by rf999

rf999 may close or suspend an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

  • Any violation of these Terms.
  • Evidence of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
  • Failure to verify age or identity.
  • Security threats or unauthorised access to the system.

10.2 Closure by Member

Any member may at any time request closure of their account via live chat or email. All pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before the account is closed.

11Policy Changes
